INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Life coaching is a professional partnership in which a coach works one-on-one with an individual to help them clarify what they want in their life, identify obstacles that are holding them back, and craft a plan of action to move forward. Unlike therapy—which often focuses on healing from past trauma or addressing mental health issues—life coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, supporting a person to set meaningful goals, stay accountable, and make tangible progress.
LIVE TALKS
We’re thrilled to offer dynamic 30- to 75-minute talks and workshops—whether in classrooms, teams, groups or organizations—“Live Your Values: Build a Life You’re Proud Of.” During this session, participants will engage in discovering their core values and using them as a decision-making compass, tapping into their strengths and passions to explore meaningful pathways, developing resilience and confidence to face setbacks, and setting goals that reflect who they truly are—so they can step into a future they choose, not one shaped by pressure or comparison.
