Couples/ Marriage | $140
Couples counselling is a process designed to help partners reconnect and rebuild their relationship. Whatever you’re facing as a couple, our counselling services provide a non-judgmental space where you can openly express thoughts, feelings, and concerns. We create a safe atmosphere for vulnerability and honesty.
Every relationship is unique, so we also customize our approach to address the specific dynamics and issues within your partnership. You’ll receive strategies and techniques that suit your goals, whether it’s improving communication, rebuilding trust, improving intimacy, or learning to resolve conflicts in a healthy way.
Youth/ Children Counselling | $100
Our approach to children’s therapy is tailored to meet each child’s unique needs. We use age-appropriate techniques to help children develop emotional awareness, build problem-solving skills, and express themselves in a safe, supportive environment.
Depending on your child’s age and situation, we incorporate play therapy, talk therapy, storytelling, or expressive arts to help them open up. Throughout the process, we teach children practical coping mechanisms and emotional regulation strategies they can use in everyday life. While therapy is child-centered, we offer guidance and support to parents to help reinforce positive changes at home.
Group Therapy | Price vary with group size
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which one or two therapists work with a number of clients simultaneously.
The aims include relieving distress through discussing and expressing feelings; helping to change attitudes, behaviour and habits that may be unhelpful; and promoting more constructive and adaptive ways of coping. Some groups may focus on providing members with information about specific issues or teaching them coping skills.
