Emmett Aronson
Clinical Counsellor
(BA, MACP, CCPA, ACTA)
Emmett Aronson is a graduate of Yorkville University's Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a bachelor in Youth Ministry at Prairie College. Emmett works with families, couples, children and youth on challenges such as grief and loss, anxiety and depression and biblical counselling. Emmett is trained in cognitive behaviour therapy, solution focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy, play therapy, group therapy, addiction and anger management. As a counsellor, he believes that spirituality, psychology and diversity are essential to creating a strong foundation to empower, encourage and strengthen each unique individual.

Kerri Keith
Marriage and Family Therapist
(CACFT Associate)
Kerri Keith has a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Briercrest Seminary. She is an Associate Member with the Canadian Association of Couple and Family Therapy. Kerri works with individuals, families, youth and children to provide support through various life events. Areas of practise include child and adolescent development, trauma, grief and loss, building healthy relationships, life transitions and spiritual issues. Kerri is trained in Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Kerri believes that hope and meaning can be found in the most difficult situations and challenges of life. She enjoys connecting with people, hearing their stories and coming alongside to empower their journey to wholeness.

Jasmine Riddell
Counsellor

Jasmine Riddell is a Registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers and a member of the Canadian Association of Social Workers. She completed her Bachelor of Social Work at Lakehead University. She offers individual counselling to adults who may be navigating; anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, burnout and more. Drawing from her trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, Jasmine integrates evidence-based practices while incorporating clients lived experiences. Jasmine is passionate about providing a space that is both safe and dynamic- where insight and growth can unfold in a meaningful way.

Solange Keyboya Feseke
Addictions Counsellor
(CCAC, CCCF)
Solange Keboya Feseke is an experienced Certified Canadian Addiction Counsellor and a Canadian Certified Telemedicine Addiction Counselling Professional. With a medical background and a master’s degree in public health and Epidemiology, she brings a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Solange has extensive experience working with diverse communities affected by substance misuse, sexual abuse, and family violence. She provides trauma-informed therapy, behavioral therapy, grieving therapy, and motivational therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs. For clients seeking spiritual guidance, Solange integrates faith-based support into her counselling, offering compassionate care that addresses the whole person mind, body, and spirit.

Florence Fullerton
Clinical Counsellor

Florence Fullerton is a registered Associate Member with the Canadian Association of Couple and Family Therapy and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) under the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She has a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and is working on her PhD in Clinical Psychology. Florence’s background is in addictions, grief, and trauma work. She has working experience with various cultures, and as a veteran she understands the challenges of multiple transitions. Florence’s approach is compassionate and client-centered, integrating her qualifications in Somatic Experiencing (SEI based), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Based Training, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Florence works with individuals (both youth and adults), couples and families from all walks of life to discover their own unique path to wellness through a trauma-informed lens. Sometimes, clients come into counselling with experiences that have left them feeling helpless, powerless, or yearning for better ways to cope. Florence enjoys supporting clients in their journey of healing through a strength-based approach that helps clients grow their own insight, nurture their resiliency, and improve the relationships they have. Mason Richaud

As a Certified Member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team, Mason blends powerful leadership principles with real-life lessons about courage, vulnerability, and resilience. His message is deeply personal — rooted in the belief that growth often begins in the moments we feel most lost. Through his talks and coaching, Mason challenges others to live with intention, define their values, and set goals that align with who they truly are. He speaks openly about mental health, healing, and the journey to self-leadership — inspiring people to see that even in struggle, there is hope, purpose, and the power to lead yourself forward. Mason’s authenticity and compassion create a space where others feel seen, heard, and encouraged to take the next step toward a life of meaning and confidence.

Judith Kwaira
Life Coach
We are all created to thrive, my life journey and major life transitions have shaped me. Grounded in faith and compassion, I believe that real transformation begins when we embrace who we truly are. Drawing on my diverse experiences, a heart-centered yet practical approach, and professional qualifications in Diploma in Counselling, Diploma in Christian Lesdership, Bachelor of Biblical Studies, The Gotman 1, Recovery Coach certification, and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Christian Ministry (Counselling) As an intergrative coach, I will help you to navigate your recovery journey. I journey with individuals, guiding them from confusion and doubt to clarity, confidence and lasting empowerment that helps one to achieve goals.

Fabio Rancevas

Fabio Rancevas is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who supports adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and concerns related to addiction and compulsive coping patterns. He offers a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where clients can better understand what's happening beneath the surface and develop practical steps toward meaningful change. Fabio integrates evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches, including CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and meaning-centred therapy (logotherapy), with a trauma-informed lens. He has a special interest in supporting immigrants and multicultural clients navigating acculturation stress and the emotional complexity of building a life in a new country. As a father of five daughters, Fabio values the challenges and responsibilities of family life and brings that lived understanding into his work with clients. Sessions are available in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Kristen Allen

Kristen graduated from Trinity Western University with a degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Human Services. Kristen is currently pursuing her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, intending to provide clinical counselling services in the future. Kristen currently serves as a Client Support Worker, drawing on her education in psychology as well as experience in nonprofit and ministry settings to provide compassionate, strengths-based support. Kristen works closely with the Mountain Top Administrative team to support the continuity of care for clients accessing services. Kristen also works alongside clients virtually to explore their values, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges. Her approach is grounded in, empathy, active listening, collaboration, and respect for each client’s autonomy and unique story. Kristen integrates faith-based support when appropriate to help clients navigate questions of faith. Kristen considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients through formative seasons, and being a compassionate and supportive presence as they work toward greater clarity, resilience, and personal growth.

Leslie Grover
Expressive Arts Therapist

Leslie Grover, our resident Expressive Arts Counselling Therapist is a Therapeutic Arts Master’s graduate and trained Psychotherapist who supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-worth, and emotional overwhelm. Many clients come during times of transition navigating loss, relationship challenges, parenting shifts, or periods of uncertainty and change. Through a trauma-informed and person-centred approach, Leslie integrates arts-based and somatic therapies, mindfulness, and works with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and IFS. When desired, she incorporates a Christian faith-based perspective, honouring spirituality, prayer, and inner reflection as pathways toward healing, renewal, and restored hope. Working with children, youth, adults and couples, in both individual and group settings, Leslie offers a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space grounded in presence and grace. Her holistic approach weaves creative and expressive arts with depth-oriented and transpersonal practices, supporting clients to move beyond insight alone toward embodied healing, resilience and resolution. Whether addressing trauma or life transitions, Leslie helps clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, strengthen resilience, and rediscover meaning, peace, and a renewed sense of wholeness rooted in both psychological and spiritual care. Clients working with Leslie feel restoration after several sessions.

Paul Safi

Paul Safi is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a BSc in Psychology from Carleton University. He’s passionate about helping clients turn inner struggles into lasting growth by discovering their resilience and strength.  Paul offers a grounded, supportive space where clients find help with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, and relationship challenges. He works with women and men navigating emotional or sexual abuse, grief, insecurity, toxic relationships, family dysfunction, identity concerns, performance-related stress, avoidance, and sex addiction.  Therapy with Paul is a safe place to experiment, make mistakes, learn, practice skills, and grow. Clients often gain stronger boundaries, emotional clarity, more secure relationships, and healing from trauma and conflict.  Paul draws on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment Theory, and inner child work to support personalized growth and recovery Including optional faith integration.

Ramona P. Wijesinghe

Hi, I’m Ramona! As a Registered Social Worker with 20 years of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families find their own inner path towards a healthier life. My approach is client-focused, non-judgemental, and rooted in warmth, acceptance, empathy, compassion, and understanding. With my approach comes a diverse background in cultural awareness, racism, relationships, abuse, grief, stress, self-harm, anxiety, depression, self-care & toxic workplace issues. My philosophy is rooted in the understanding that "we all fall, break, and fail, but then we can rise, heal, and overcome". You matter! Ava Hadican

Ava Hadican is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW) and holds a Bachelor of Social Work. She works with individuals navigating mental health challenges, identity, relationships, and life changes of all kinds. Ava understands the importance of having a comfortable space to navigate life's aspects, from everyday challenges to major transitions and life events. Her specialties include addiction recovery, navigating relationships, and LGBTQ+ support. Ava approaches counselling with openness, curiosity, and respect for each client’s individual experience and perspective. In her practice, Ava draws on therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and a strengths-based and client-centred perspective. She works alongside her clients to recognize patterns, uncover existing strengths, and consider new possibilities. Ava draws on her educational training, professional experiences, and utilizes her own lived experiences from various areas. As a therapist with experience on both sides, Ava has an inherent respect for anyone seeking counselling. She acknowledges that it takes true bravery to show up, be honest, and create change. She strives to honour that bravery by fostering a caring environment where her clients can feel seen. Finance Administrator
Stephanie oversees payroll and financial operations, drawing on over a decade of banking experience. As the owner's wife, she plays a key role in scheduling, organizing, and providing support. When she's not working, her day-to-day life includes using her love of music to teach piano and spending quality time with her family. God comes first for Stephanie and she loves connecting with her church family as well. One of the greatest joys of her life is being a mom and watching her children grow.

Mary-Ann is working in an administration role with over a decade of business management experience. She has a quiet dedication, friendly, cheerful attitude and eagerness to help out wherever she can. Cara Schultz is the Chief Operating Officer of Mountain Top Counselling, bringing over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. With a strong background in leadership, client service, and operations, she is committed to maintaining professionalism, integrity, and high standards of care. Cara oversees the organization’s strategic growth and partnerships, ensuring a supportive and well-structured environment for both clients and clinicians.

Skylar Schultz
Outreach Coordinator
Sky Schultz serves as the Outreach Coordinator with a strong background in client relations, community engagement, and business operations. She attended Sundance College where she earned her diploma in Business Management. Skylar brings excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to supporting both clients and community connections. Her experience in customer service and administration allows her to effectively coordinate outreach initiatives, assist with client communication, and help create a welcoming and supportive environment.
