Expressive Arts Therapy.

When words are hard to find to describe your experience ...
Expressive Arts Therapy is a creative approach to counselling that helps you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in ways that don’t rely only on talking. It uses simple, accessible practices like drawing, writing, movement, sound, or guided imagery to help you express what might be hard to put into words.
You don’t need to be “artistic” to benefit from this type of therapy, this work isn’t about creating something perfect. It's about using creativity as a tool for insight and healing. It can be especially helpful if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, going through a life transition, or wanting to understand yourself on a deeper level.
By engaging both the mind and body, Expressive Arts Therapy can help you process emotions, gain clarity, and reconnect with your own inner resources in a grounded and supportive way.
